The X-Ray Glasses allows the wearer to see inside of locked chests, allowing them to know the contents before risk using a Key for undesirable contents, Death included. X-Ray Glasses operate on a timer rather than a number of uses. This is an essential item that every adventurer should never be without. Some chests have a "rotating inventory" and without using the glasses, it may seem like a random item is found when such a chest is opened. Using the glasses allows the wearer to cherry-pick a desired item during the rotation.
